The mission of the IT Emerging Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is to enable the development of exceptional career professionals who have demonstrated a strong understanding of IT’s role as a key business partner into high-performing managers with strong leadership skills.

ELDP Associates will be positioned for success by gaining exposure to a variety of unique development opportunities.
This program is available in our Hartford, CT and Philadelphia, PA locations.
Challenge Yourself
Associates will gain a broader knowledge of CIGNA's businesses and IT functions over a 4 year period through several high-impact rotational assignments that each last approximately 12-18 months in duration. In addition, associates will have the following:

Your success depends on your ability to apply a broad base of technical and leadership skills in a variety of roles.
