IT Emerging Leadership Development Program (ELDP)

A Great Start…

The mission of the IT Emerging Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is to enable the development of exceptional career professionals who have demonstrated a strong understanding of IT’s role as a key business partner into high-performing managers with strong leadership skills.

Information is at the core of CIGNA's strategy.  Providing high-quality information to our customers, health care professionals and clients is critical to our success.  ELDP recruits and develops employees that fulfill our mission and manage CIGNA’s information.
