The Proposal Development Program is an extensive learning opportunity consisting of approximately 6 weeks of classroom training, plus on-the-job coaching and mentoring. Once the initial training program is completed, you will work with a mentor for approximately 14 weeks of on-the-job training. This extensive training program provides in-depth industry, product, services, and process knowledge, thereby positioning you to become a successful member of the Proposal Management team and the Cigna organization.

Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, English, Writing, or related field
Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven team environment
Excellent time management, negotiation, and organizational skills
